Congrats, you're now officially a landlord!
Once your mortgage offer is signed, your notary takes the reins to seal the deal! With the official deed in hand, you're officially the proud owner of your property!
It is only at this stage that you pay the Beanstock transaction fees, which amount to 10% of the initial project cost (listing price of the property and renovation costs), plus 20% of the negotiated discount obtained on the listing price.
